Independent reseller

BioNex Scientific is an independent dealer of used and refurbished laboratory and life-science equipment. We are not an authorized distributor, reseller, or service partner of Thermo Fisher Scientific, Cytiva, Agilent, Bio-Rad, Illumina, BD, Beckman Coulter, SCIEX, PerkinElmer, Sartorius, Roche, Eppendorf, or any other manufacturer whose products appear on this site, and nothing here implies any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by them.

Configuration, revisions and versions

Because our inventory comes from the surplus market, a unit may carry an earlier hardware revision, firmware or software version, module set, or configuration than what currently ships from the factory or through authorized channels. Where a specific version, module, laser, column, or configuration matters for your application, ask us before buying — we photograph and confirm the label and configuration of the exact unit you will receive.

Warranty

Products sold outside a manufacturer's authorized channel are not covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, and that warranty does not apply to anything sold here. In its place, every unit is backed by BioNex Scientific's own 30-day functional guarantee: if it doesn't work on arrival as described, we replace it or refund it. Extended coverage, installation, or on-site service can be arranged separately where available.

Instrument software and licenses

Many instruments require licensed control or analysis software (for example vendor operating software and workstation licenses) to run. A unit may arrive with software installed, or it may not — and if software is present, it may not be the version, license type, or entitlement your application needs. We give no assurance about software presence or revision level, about your eligibility to obtain, transfer, license, or activate software from the manufacturer or its distribution network, or about your right to install it on this hardware. We do not source, transfer, or load manufacturer software or licenses on a buyer's behalf. Reviewing and complying with any end-user license agreement connected to instrument software is entirely the buyer's responsibility.

Intended use, calibration and regulatory compliance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, instruments are sold for research or general laboratory use. Where an instrument is intended for clinical, diagnostic (IVD), or otherwise regulated use, the buyer is responsible for any installation qualification, operational qualification, validation, calibration, and regulatory compliance required in their jurisdiction. Consumables, reagents, columns, and manufacturer service contracts are not included unless explicitly stated in the quotation.

All product names, brand names, logos and catalog numbers are the property of their respective owners and appear on this site solely to identify the goods being sold.
