We professionally pack and ship laboratory and biotechnology equipment across the United States and internationally.

Packing & handling

Sensitive instruments are prepared for transit with appropriate crating, cushioning and, where required, custom packaging. Larger systems may be palletised and freight-shipped. We take care to protect optics, capillaries, fluidics and calibration-critical components during transit.

Domestic shipping (USA)

Most instruments ship via freight or specialist courier depending on size and value. Transit times and costs are quoted per item once your destination is known. We provide tracking and, where appropriate, insured transit.

International shipping

We regularly ship worldwide. International orders may involve export documentation, customs clearance and destination duties/taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We'll help with the paperwork and advise on lead times.

Lead times

Because each unit is inspected and function-tested before dispatch, we confirm a realistic ship date with your quote. Sourced-to-order items carry their own lead time, which we state up front.
