What condition is your equipment in?

Every unit is quality-verified and function-tested before it ships. We grade items three ways: Refurbished — cleaned, serviced and tested to function to specification; Used–Tested — fully functional with some cosmetic wear; and As-Is — sold for parts or repair and clearly marked. The exact grade and condition notes for the specific unit are confirmed in writing in your quote.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Products sold outside a manufacturer's authorized channel aren't covered by the original warranty, but every unit is backed by our own 30-day functional guarantee: if it doesn't work on arrival as described, we replace it or refund it. Extended coverage and installation can be arranged where available.

How fast do you reply?

Our team is on hand throughout the day and typically gets back to you within about 10 minutes with availability, condition and freight details.

How do I order?

Do you buy used lab equipment?

Yes — we purchase surplus and pre-owned instruments. Send a list with makes, models and photos on our Sell your equipment page and we'll make an offer.

What about instrument software and licenses?

Instruments may or may not include control/analysis software, and if present it may not be the version or license your application needs. Software and license eligibility is the buyer's responsibility — see our Disclaimer for full details.
